Wrong prescription ordered

Glasses came great but I made an error with my prescription and now I'm trying to contact customer care to see how I can return them but I'm not getting through to start the process. Its asking me to log in which I'm already in. I'm asking to reset a new password to see if this would help me get onto customer care and nothing no luck.
