My prescription is accurate but I was trying to not pay extra for viewing levels. Long story short, after 2 return and 3 purchases my 3rd set is perfect because I paid the extra view level. I'm so grateful for the customer service they were so nice and helpful. I can't wait to order more glasses ☺️
